If I create some information that people like and enjoy, they will tell their friends, this gets your name out into the community and your reputation builds in a positive light.
The last thing you want to do is come off as a salesman online. People don’t like this and they will just ignore you if you do this. You must build a relationship first before ever trying to convince people to join you in your business. You want to position yourself as a leader and not a salesman.
You want people to look at your profile page to get to know you better. If they like what they see, they will poke around more and eventually click on your website. Since they already like you, the chances of them entering their information are pretty good. This is a great way to generate leads for your business and it eliminates you from having to chase people around and cold calling them. People are contacting you first and this is free to implement.
